
My SLIM-STRENGTH PROGRAMS for WOMEN
As I continue with my University studies- Psychology- Life Coaching emphasis; Masters degree June '23; along with being a Certified Functional Sports Trainer, I've had many opportunities to partner with women in their commitment to a healthier life. My personal workout plans prepare your body to fight against the unwanted bulge that tends to come with age. Expect to gain access to convenient, ON-DEMAND workout videos, In the privacy of your own home. You will learn proper form and lifting techniques that are designed just for the woman's unique body... In addition, Macro/Calorie needs are addressed to ensure that that you become fully equipped to eat the foods that you like, yet keep you from being hungry so you can power through your workouts.

All programs include 5 daily workouts per week.
Original SLIM-STRENGTH home takes about 45 minutes.
Gym program is 60 minutes- because more rest times

SLIM-MINI is geared to the beginner gal who wants to lose fat, gain agility, balance and FEEL comfortable working out.
3/4- workouts a week. takes just 20-30 minutes.
