ALL MY PROGRAMS require the same equipment:
Dumbbells of varying weights, mini bands, bodyweight. Optional: Swiss Ball, longer bands
Please note that you may need to purchase (2) 2.5 gallons of water OR a 20lb bag of rice. As you get stronger, you will be want to increase your weights. ( this varies for the individual, best to wait and see)
This is an inexpensive way of having 20-40 pounds on hand. Hip thrusts and Farmer Carries
require heavier weights. You will get STRONGER
I suggest my 4-week Slim-Mini program for those who are new to fitness or have been inactive for an extensive amount of time. This will help to build your endurance and confidence in your body’s ability to do the work.
You can expect 30-40 minute workouts for 3 days per week that not only produce results but also helps you to learn proper techniques while preparing you to step up your workouts with Slim-Strength, which include 5 workouts per week.
1:1 Private Coaching is perfect for beginner gals or those that are in a plateau or just super ambitious and want the FASTEST results. COMING BACK FEB. 2022 check back

My Slim Strength programs are offered as a membership.
Slim-MINI is billed every 4 weeks- Geared towards beginner. You just need a workout plan. Meal plan is available for purchase.
VIP Slim-Strength is also billed every 4- weeks. Opportunity to Dm Barb- in the App..you have questions, she has answers. Onboarding call with Barb. Video feedback. Custom meal plan. A high-touch white glove service. You are serious about getting results.
You may cancel anytime in the App, but you won't want too. Discounts are given when paying for 12-weeks in full.
You really do need at least that long of a commitment to begin to see real changes.
Slim Strength is suited for gym or home. Modifications are given.
1:1 Private Coaching is returning in early 2022. This is my highest touch service. I will have just 6 openings beginning in February. More details to follow on website. Waitlist and questionaire will open in January, followed by 15 minute calls to see if WE will make the BEST TEAM💪😍

Because I am committed to your fitness journey, my programs vary in pricing. My 7 Day Shred is $97- which includes a complete ebook of information in addition to the 5 workouts and daily Shred shopping list, meal plan and 19 page Ebook. Keep this course forever.
Membership options vary depending on the type of program you desire. VIP Slim Strength, which consists of 5/6 workouts per week and a meal plan is a high-touch service. Priced accordingly at $330- per 4-weeks.
Save $240 and pay 12-weeks up front ($750 for 12-wks.)
Slim MINI consists of 3 Full Body workouts a week. Meal plan is available as an optional purchase. $75- every 4-weeks.
Save $45- by paying up front 12-wks. ($180-)
1:1 Private Coaching. Will hover right around 4-figures. Serious goals and a very high-touch service with Barb. 3 month minimum.
